Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: We typically ship via insured FedEx or UPS express delivery. Average shipment for one watch is $50.

Q: Are these new watches listed on this website?
A: Yes, all watches sold on cyclosdirect.com are brand new, never been owned, watches provided with Certificate of Origin and COSC certificate.

Q: Which credit cards do you accept?
A: We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express for order within the USA and Canada. All other orders require bank wire transfer payment prior to shipping.

Q: What if I want to order a timepiece, but don't want to use my credit card?
A: Simply proceed with your order indicating Purchase/Money Order option and we will call you to arrange payment via check or bank wire transfer.

Q: Do I need to deal with import and duties?
A: No if you are in the USA, CYCLOS International LLC handles all the importation requirements and duties. Unless otherwise indicated, all watch sold on cyclosdirect.com are currently in stock in the USA. If you are ordering from outside the USA, you will be responsible for all import and tax requirements.
